The pleasant bitter flavour of the classic dark chocolate containing 70% cocoa solids. The dark chocolate goes excellently with wine, especially dessert wines. You can also serve it molten in fondue with dried fruits.
Cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), flavour: natural vanilla extract. It may contain traces of nuts, milk and wheat proteins. The chocolate mass contains a minimum of 70% cocoa solids.
